I keep thinking I must finish my Christmas trip. I started thinking about it at breakfast remembering how nice it was to get up to a perfectly cooked boiled egg and toast. Can we say spoiled? My son Steve moved to Florida about 16 months ago, so I was able to visit with him as well as his big sister Cher. Cher and I went to visit Steve and his friend Jen on Sunday afternoon, and to meet Tyler Jen's 6 yr old son. I love to read and so it was so good to see Tyler with a book, it seemed advanced for his age. He read really well and it was so much fun to sit and read with him. We went to a great place for a brunch buffet, so much food involved in these trips. It was good to see Steve so happy.
There are so many laughs around Ed (my son in law) he does impersonations and you can be never sure who will be talking next. There is a gadget on their fridge that you speak into and it prints a shopping list. Ed was saying .... salt - salt - table salt. No response so I said let me do it. I said, "salt" emphasing the T. and it came up. Then I said let me try something, I said, "Water." It responded "nuts" maybe it sounded like walnuts? I tried again this time it responded "wooden spoon". Now most of my friends know I'm phobic about saying the word water. Wait staff in restaurants have a hard time understanding what I'm asking for, I can't help it - I just talk funny.
I recently called Cher about a Facebook problem, she handed the phone to Ed. He answered as tech support with an East Indian accent. When I stopped laughing, I told him I was glad he wasn't Sylvester Stallone because I couldn't understand a word he said. Next comment was Sylvester telling me he was the tech support supervisor.

We had a good laugh! Thanks:)
